Community Building and Communication Strategy for the European Organisation Design Forum

I developed and implemented a comprehensive community-building and communication strategy for the European Organisation Design Forum (EODF), aimed at strengthening engagement and fostering meaningful connections within the community. This included creating a cohesive communication framework, setting-up a content development strategy, and establishing regular touchpoints to keep members informed, inspired and in exchange.

A significant aspect of the project was redesigning the newsletter content and strategy. I transformed the newsletter to prioritize authentic community connection and growth, crafting engaging and relatable content that resonated with the audience. This approach enhanced member interaction and fostered a deeper sense of belonging within the community.

Additionally, I built and hosted a LinkedIn Live series, creating a dynamic platform for conversations on organizational design trends, challenges, and innovations. These sessions connected members worldwide while positioning EODF as a thought leader in the field.

By February 2025, the project successfully concluded, leaving behind a vibrant and engaged community, a well-established communication and content strategy, and a foundation for continued growth and collaboration.
