UNI - An Application & Experience to Map Emotions in Real-Time in Organizations & Communities

I am a co-creator of UNI, an application designed to map emotions within organizations in real-time. Tested and implemented across several countries, UNI allowed teams to better understand emotional dynamics and transform them into actionable insights. The application was later transformed into an experience as well for e.g. events, including TEDxBreda 2023, where it enhanced participant engagement by transforming feelings into conversations and actions.In October 2023, we crafted an immersive experience for TEDxBreda that explored the dynamic interplay between emotions and action. The goal was to create a space for the audience to reflect on their emotional journey throughout the event and channel those feelings into meaningful actions.
